CD 40: is this my period starting or implantation TMI!!

I’ve had the worst breast pain and swelling, some acne and discomfort, and the absence of a period since June. I’ve been on two different birth controls but recently stopped taking my pills due to side affects. Fiancé and I also wear protection.
