So! What do u wear at night time ? I have been wearing the longest and super thick over night pads I can get and I also try and sleep on my tummy or side but I STILL seem to leak through

I know this is TMI but I find that it leaks because it drips up my bum crack and seems to leak st the top of my underwear where there’s no pad (so quite far from where it comes out of !!) I’ve even been lying down for 10 mins and it will have leaked onto the sheet!! I’m going to stay at my friends next week and I really don’t want to leak onto her sheets so please help !!
