I went to labor and delivery last night and the triage nurse said I am having early labor

I went from 0 to only finger tip dilated and 60% but contractions were 5-6 mins apart and they sent me home and said I needed to come back when they’re 2-3 mins apart and so bad I can’t talk during them

I tried sleeping and kept waking up due to contractions but they weren’t all the pain I could handle so I attempted to time them and but kept fall asleep

So it’s 12:56 in the afternoon and I just showered, s/o and I were told by triage nurse to walk for 2 hours to get active labor rolling or to come back when my water breaks or can’t stand the pain. And contractions need to be 2-3 mins apart

It’s really hard to tell what’s a contraction, the top of my stomach tightens so tight and then releases pain into my lower tummy but sometimes that lower tummy pain isn’t there

Ugh!
