Can I feel the baby move ?

I’m only 12 weeks 2 days and I’ve had gas my whole life so I’m very used to what gas feels like but last night I had my dog laying on me and I felt something really weird and light but it was still a weird flutter like feeling kinda like gas but different, is it possible for me to feel the baby move this early or am I just crazy

If this is your first baby, most likely no.

I was able to feel my 1st and second move that early both babies were and are super active nonstop 
It’s different for ever women. It’s quite possible at first it’s just like a bit of fluttering
