Feeling frustrated. I know a woman who’s baby was breech so she had a planned c-section. Her baby ended up flipping and was head down and when she heard she was sooo disappointed. She was very emotional and told me, “Now I can’t even take the easy way out anymore”. She was dead serious. Her first baby was a vaginal delivery. She truly in her heart believed a C-Section was “easy”.

There 👏🏼 is 👏🏼 no 👏🏼 easy 👏🏼 way👏🏼 to 👏🏼 have 👏🏼 a 👏🏼 baby. And MAJOR abdominal surgery with an extensive and exhausting healing period is not “the easy way out”. I’m so tired of this idea that one delivery is superior to the other or easier or better, etc. It’s exhausting.
