Uterus measuring small?

I know my dates are correct I should be 7 weeks and 5 days. My doctor today told me my uterus was only measuring 5 weeks.  Booked an ultrasound for next week. Has this happend to anyone else? What was the outcome?

This is sorta me. Didnt measure the uterus, they measured the baby. I am supposed to be 7w3d, but this morning they say I am 5w5d. (Saw the heartbeat!)
Anyways, I had sex 5 days post ovulation and conceived. (Yup, that's a shock, thanks Glow for my wildly inaccurate fertile window.) 
I should be 6w3d with baby gestation even though the scan didnt show that. Going back next Friday for another ultrasound and to double check everything is good.
This is my second pregnancy. Not worried about measuring "small".

Yes it happened to me with my daughter my daughter was measuring 3 weeks smaller then what she should be but she came out happy and healthy She's 15 months younger than her brother and she's taller than him now
