So I went for my first ultrasound and was supposed to be 6 weeks +4 but the doctor couldn’t see the fetal pole yet. She thought she could a little bit. But she saw the yolk sac and everything looked fine. She said she thought I was maybe a little over 5 weeks. So she wanted me to come back in a week to check for a heartbeat.

Problem is, the lady who scheduled my appointment said the tech wouldn’t be in next week, so she scheduled me for this Friday. Does that allow enough time for baby to grow enough to see?

I’m nervous because I’ve had two chemical pregnancies this year and I just want to see a good heartbeat.
