Frequent UTIs???

Hey ladies. I get UTIs like crazy and then get yeast infections from the antibiotics. I was wondering if any of you have any tips for preventing them and getting them less. Thanks in advance!

I know it sounds basic but drink more water!  Take your vitamins and drink cranberry juice alot. Or take cranberry capsules

Drink plenty of water and cut out sodas, use unscented soap (not to wash your vagina - only use water for that), cut back on your sugar intake, and try taking a cranberry supplement.

I use to suffer from frequent UTIs like one a month so after the last one I did a round of pre and probiotics and I havent had one since. drink plenty of water and shower after sex.

D-Mannose everyday!! Changed my life--look it up. I normally take 4-500mg capsules a day regardless of sexual activity with my bf or not. Also up your Vitamin C intake to keep your immune system strong that way it will fight them off better! Parsley juice has also been shown to help! If you are prone to UTIS you want to be drinking more fluids & less sugar! Tons of water to flush flush flush! Good luck🙏🏻

I got chronic utis for a year!! I would always get them a week before my period was due! I started taking daily probiotics and I would start taking those azo pills a couple days before I would usually get them! Also increase water intake, don’t take baths, and don’t use any soap to clean down there just used water it naturally cleans its self

Lots of water, pee right after sex and make sure your underwear isn't too tight.

Pee after every time you have sex. Only wash your labia with water, no soap. Drink plenty of water. Wear cotton underwear.
