My daughters ped informed me that may 4m old had mild flat head and I feel horrible for giving in all those times she was screaming during tummy time. So now we’re really enforcing tummy time. Anyway, do any moms have any recommendations that help with flat head? Pillows? Or their experience with flat head? How long until your little ones flat head went away?

Btw... she had a bald spot on the back of her head and I thought it was completely normal, but was this a sign of flat head as well!?😭
