Marginal Previa / Low-Lying Placenta ***Extremely Long Post With Resolution***
I’m sorry I have to post pictures, but Glow Actually said that my post was too long 😒
4/3/19 - 20+5 initial anatomy scan- marginal previa touching outer rim of cervix. Cervical Length 3.2cm
5/28/19 - 28+5 - no change. Cervical Length 3.1cm
7/10/19 - 34+5 - 12mm measured at the birth center - transfered to OB. Cervical Length 3.18cm
7/16/19 - 35+4 - 9mm measured by woman’s hospital - strongly recommended c-section for that Friday (36 weeks). Refused. Cervical Length 3.2cm
7/19/19 - 35+6 - Woman’s Hospital MFMS measures 9mm / Baton Rouge General MFMS measures 12mm (baby measuring 5lb/5oz)- Learned about how baby’s head placement can affect measurement. Also makes note about cervical length being 3.2 cm and how that could buy me time.
7/23/16 - 36+4 - Woman’s hospital measures 16mm - OB encouraged to “wait and see.” Cervical Length 3.1cm
7/30/19 - 37+4 - Woman’s hospital measures 16mm (baby measuring about 6lb6oz) - regular OB out of town. Cervical Length 3.16cm
8/6/19 - 38+4 - Woman’s hospital measures 22mm. Cervical Length 2.5cm. Approved to go back to the Birth Center.
