How do you not worry after a miscarriage

I am pregnant with my rainbow baby(4 weeks 3days) and every little pain I feel I get worried.

The pregnancy I had the miscarriage with I was constantly cramping and my test were always faint, at 5 weeks I had the miscarriage.

This pregnancy I don't have any cramping just today some pulling burning pain every once in awhile when i move a certain way. I know its normal but how do you not worry 😭😭 .

I am waiting on my insurance so I can get into the doctor to check my levels.

I found out I was pregnant by blood test at the hospital (levels 53.6 at 3 weeks 6 days) and I took a test yesterday with a dark line.

I didnt go to the ER for that, I went to another reason.

You don’t ever really stop worrying, but it got easier after the 12 week mark and even better after the anatomy scan. I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks.

My very first pregnancy was a missed miscarriage. I'm on second baby (third pregnancy) now. I never stopped worrying, really, but once I hear the heartbeat my worry lessens a bit. Also, whenever you begin to feel baby move, it helps significantly..at least for me.

I’ve had back-to-back miscarriages and am currently 19+4. You never stop worrying but you do have reassurance with every week that passes and every scan that you do. I’ve actually paid for extra scans to help reassure me. Sending you positive vibes!

You’ll always worry until baby arrives.
