I need advice. I think im burnout.

I been feeling like a need a break from my daily life routine. But I don’t know how to do it. I know im going to sound crazy but sometimes I wish something will happen to me like a car accident or idk. And break a leg or an arm so i can have a break from work and from my responsibilities at home. Earlier today when I was driving to work i was just driving you know when you’re driving and you don’t know if you made a stop at the stop sign or if the light was green or red. That happened to me today and i had forgot to drop off my daughter with the babysitter. I know this sounds crazy. What should i do? I really need help!!
