Update on 9/20 !!!!! Asking for prayers for Bella-Rose and myself

Went into monthly routine high risk prenatal appt on Monday 8/5 and got admitted due to high blood pressure. It was a whopping 177/111.

Im 28+5 today and it looks like she may become an August baby 😢😢😢😢. Im praying for another 22 days or at best 2 weeks (30 weeks)

Dr just came in and said I have pre eclampsia and I’ll be here til shes delivered. My number is 458 and he said anything over 300 is considered PreE.

Im so scared for Bella and myself.

Unfortunately my hubby is no help. Hes frighten himself and not handling it very well to the point hes not being supportive, looking for blame and is pointing them at me cuz I knew this pregnancy was gonna be high risk. On top of that we have 2 girls at home thats in school and he works 2 jobs one from 9-3 and the other 530-230. Hes stressed hes gonna be missing money cuz I told him our 9 & 12 can not stay home by themselves til he get home at 330am in the morning.

I know my main focus should be on Bella and myself but hes making it so hard. Even after talking to NICU nurse and getting lStatistics on survival rate and long term complications on delivering this early and getting some type of reassurance I had to make him leave the hospital cuz he kept telling me he knew this was gonna happen. (I didnt have this problem wit the previous pregnancies)

Hes making me feel worse than I already do. Yes, I have diabetes and HBP before I got pregnant but that shouldn’t exempt me from wanting another baby. Many women have gone on from cancer, miscarriages and had healthy babies why shouldnt I.

I feel so bad, helpless. I dont know what to do. How to cope. He dont even want to see her in NICU when shes born. I know hes scared. I am too.

If anybody have an advice or experience with NICU babies I’d very much welcome ur stories so I can show my hubby. Give me and hubby some words of encouragement

Bella-Rose is doing great!!!! Shes was born 8/7/19 weighing 1 pound 10 ounces. As of today shes 2 pounds 2 ounces. They took her picc line out today. They weening her slowly off of oxygen. Were just waiting for her to get fat and juicy.

UPDATE: 9/20

BELLA-ROSE is 3 pounds 12 ounces!!!

She is out of the incubator.

All she needs to do is continue to gain weight and learn to bottle/breastfeed while staying awake.
