So my boyfriend and I don’t have sex often. Maybe once a week and he says a lot of that is because I never initiate it. Sometimes I make it obvious that I’m hiring but I have such a hard time actually initiating sex. I have a lot of anxiety that he’ll turn me down or reject me. The few times I had initiated it, I was either rejected or we didn’t have sex for a long time after that, making me think he didn’t like it. I over think a lot and I’m wondering if anyone else has trouble initiating or how you just get over the fear of rejection?
