Belly fat
Hey all, I need some advice! So I’m at a healthy weight and I workout 2-3 times a week (cardio and strength) and walk between 7-11 thousand steps a day, 5-6 days a week. I eat moderately healthy (love my veggies), but the problem is I LOVE sugar. My issue is that I have a HUGE stomach. It’s not a little pooch, it’s a rotund belly. I just feel like it shouldn’t be this big? Any advice is appreciated!
