So I’m 31 weeks pregnant and due to my previous doctors negligence I had no idea I had chronic hypertension or that anything at all was wrong. Well at 28 weeks we finally switched hospitals and got answers like the fact that I’ve had chronic hypertension since March and what that could mean for noodle and I. Did the 24 hour urine collection to check for preeclampsia and whatnot come to find out I’ve been borderline preeclamptic for a month or so and the other hospital didn’t send that information over and the blood work/24 hr urine they did at the new hospital shows I’ve now got preeclampsia. 🙄 I’m rather stressed, depressed and confused right now!!! All I want is noodle to be born alive and healthy but it’s super scary knowing she may not be.
