Any diet suggestions for someone who is picky

I’m looking to start eating better and loose weight and I know it’s mostly how you eat. I hate that I’m picky but after my first pregnancy it’s gotten worse to a point I’ll throw up even if it try to force things down. I love fruits and simple vegetables like carrots cucumbers peppers salads and stuff like that but I mostly find it hard to figure out healthy meals. I can cook very well but most recipes are things that include a lot of things I don’t eat. I wish soup diets were a thing😩
