I had an HSG (tube flushing) done on July 29th (day 9 of my cycle) to try and help my husband and I get pregnant after trying since May 2018 unsuccessfully. I’ve got a short cycle and consistently ovulate 2 days before the app says I’m supposed to. So after the HSG on a Monday, the app said I’d ovulate that Saturday, but I tested and ovulated that Thursday like I knew I would. Hubs and I got busy that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night 😂, but I’m 8 days out from my next period according to the app and am terrified that getting my tubes flushed won’t help like it did last time. In 2016 I had surgery and they told me I had stage 1 endometriosis and a blockage in my tubes that had been keeping us from getting pregnant the first time, which we tried for about a year and a half almost 2 years before we did the surgery, and exactly 9 months from my surgery date I gave birth to our little man, so I’m hopeful that it will work, but my anxiety is so high that maybe it won’t. 😬😩
