i'm 6 weeks about to be 7 tomorrow and my moms house is gross she smokes, she keeps cats locked in the bedroom because her boyfriends dog doesn't get along with cats, and she is always getting animals, in the winter she was gonna get a newfoundland puppy from a lady because she's not giving them up she was going homeless, when she got a pit bull who isn't friendly with dogs or people because she was abused because she was going to be put down, and she keeps her locked in a crate 24/7 besides going to pee and keeps her locked in, i always had to take her for walks because she's very energetic, but i do not want to live at my moms because of her money issues also, and she can't be reliable for if i need checkups and food, she's so blockheaded and inconsistent my boyfriend said if it comes down to it we will go to court because i have to start school the 26th, she's my guardian to sign me out of school but my parents have no custody rights

what can i do to get out of the situation? within the laws and everything for a 16 year old
