I love this man with all my heart and we have an amazing relationship. My question is, how do I tell him I’m ready to get married and have a baby? We’ve only been together for a year and we live together but he’s definitely dropped a few hints. We communicate so well even when we’re upset but I have a hard time bringing up that subject, I get embarrassed. It’s one of my things I need to work on but any suggestions ?
