I weigh 250 I was 270 so I've lost a lot but its still really hard

Highest I ever stepped on a scale was 358lbs. I gained more but never got on a scale. I'm currently 268lbs. I want to be around 200-215lbs. I'm 5'11, will be 29yo next week. 
I was without a period at my highest weight, from 2010-2013. Started BC Jan 2013, regulated periods. Got off BC this past March, Married in April, periods have been regular every month. 
AF was due on Sept 27th, it still hasn't shown up. 4 BFNs later, I'm worried. I'm hoping I'm not having PCOS issues. Praying that the doctor does a blood test and it's positive.

Last time I went to the Dr's about a month ago I was 240 . But I don't like the scale and try not to worry to much about how much I weigh.  As long as I'm healthy

Was down to about 210 before starting treatment. Now I'm back up to between 220 and 227 (depending on day, time, etc). My initial weight loss goal is to get under 200, but ultimately I want to be about 130 or so.
