I had my dr appointment yesterday and baby's heart is beating healthy. 150 bpm 😌 Dr said my weight gain is really good so far. She doesn't want me to gain any more than 10 lbs in the pregnancy due to chronic back pain and rods in my back and I've actually lost 2 lbs lol I want to make an effort to eat more fruits and veggies and less fats. I find out what gender is September 11th and I am so excited!! I have been feeling my baby move and kick a lot more this week and I am so excited. I find myself rubbing my belly a lot and telling my baby how much I love him/her 😁 Any other mommas due to find out gender soon and what are you hoping for? I have a 5 year old son and 4 year daughter. I'm hoping I can give my daughter a little sister as I never had one and this will also be my last baby. Due January 27th, 2020 👶
