Hello, I wanted to share my concerns to see if anyone would be able to give me some advice about my almost 2 year old daughter (next month is her bday). She hasn't been responding to her name but very rarely she would. She doesnt really have a vocabulary but she does babble. She has very poor eye contact and just likes to play by herself. I have in fact looked into autism as I feel it could be a very possible reason shes acting this way. Her dad also has autism so I'm thinking maybe it could've been passed onto her. Does anyone else struggle with this? Or any advice really. Thanks for reading.

Tiny Update:

I've made the doctors appointment to try to get a referral to get her evaluated for autism. Only that doctors appointment is 2 weeks from now. Oh well at least it's made.

Update: its been a while but last year in November we got the diagnosis in that my daughter is in fact autistic and is on the more severe side of the spectrum. So my concerns weren't for nothing.
