I’m going to get so fat...
Ladies, I need help. Any meat grosses me out. I’m not overeating, but most of what I want to eat are carbs. I usually would eat like a hard boiled egg smashed with toast for breakfast but the eggs smell too bad now so I’ve only wanted bagels, which I know are terrible. Struggling with food I actually want to eat for lunch. Not eating a big meal for dinner, just snacks. I’m 12 weeks today and I’m within the healthy 5 pounds but I’m so bloated I look huge by evening and worried I’m not eating good enough and going to get monstrous 😣.
