Hip stress fracture

I got a stress fracture in my left hip in December, and now I’m pregnant. Since getting farther along my hip has been hurting so bad and I don’t go back to the doctor for two weeks. I’ll ask about it then, but can you have a natural vagina birth with this kind of injury? Any successful stories?
