Yes that’s positive!! Congrats mama! 
As a side note, I’d go in to your doc and have them take a look. I had this last year and turned out to be ectopic. All was fine and they got it in time before anything bad happened. But if you get pain on one side of your abdomen def don’t wait. 
All that to say sometimes this happens, i also know women who have had gotten their period and found out their pregnant and had totally healthy babies!
