Has any tried re-fried black beans and sweet plantains during pregnancy?

So lately I have been re-fried beans and plantains. The beans have some olive oil and a lot of butter to get fried. The plantains just have olive oil. It’s something traditional that I eat at home. I know they aren’t bad for you but I’am curious if anyone knows... if they give some kind of nutrition to the baby at least?
