Im a bartender and I struggle with this, I think if you feel like your having issues conceiving then I would slow down on drinking maybe try a cycle w no alcohol. Rn I’m saving the alcohol only when it’s time to bd. And being super healthy the other days . But it is a major toxin . Some people do drugs and get pregnant and some people can only drink water. It’s weird af but listen to
