Just saw a post about someone cutting out soda and was curious how many of us have or are wanting to.

I quit drinking soda a long time ago and I just don't miss it so I never started drinking it again. I pretty much just drink water. Some times I have coffee or tea but not that often.

I have adult acne and learned drinking less soda helps with my break outs. I only drank water and juice for about a year. When I got pregnant with my son I CRAVED Pepsi.. I indulge occasionally now but as odd as this sounds, it makes my bladder hurt to drink dark soda. Like a tingling pinching when I feel like I have to pee. I usually drink Sprite if I do get in a soda mood.
