So I was told by the er Dr that I had a pocket of blood when they did an ultrasound.

Background: I had gone in for bleeding one day & did pelvic exam & everything looked fine (no US) was 5w6d.

Then back in the er 6 days later for cramping. Got an transvaginal US. Dr called me later on the evening with the findings. Pocket of blood which was the cause of bleeding 6 days prior & the cause of spotting & maybe the cause for cramping. But that's all he gave me.

Its been 7 days since the US & I'm curious as to when its safe to have sex again. I can't see my Dr or speak to her until my next appointment on the 26 of August. I know you aren't all Dr's but if you've experienced something similar, how long did you have to go on pelvic rest? (ER Dr didn't say to go on bed rest our pelvic rest)
