Is this normal?

The past three days I’ve had pretty bad headaches, today I’ve been feeling nausea as well with the headache

Make sure you’re eating and drinking enough! Also check your blood pressure, but definitely up water intake. I notice if I don’t then I can feel the same way

Headaches are a typical second trimester symptom, but if I were you I’d go to one of those blood pressure machines at a pharmacy/grocery store and check to make sure you’re not having extremely high or low blood pressure, just to rule that out. 
If your blood pressure is ok, it’s probably nothing. But it’s not a bad idea to run it by your care provider anyway. 
As the other person said, make sure you’re hydrated. Even not pregnant, being dehydrated is a common cause of my headaches.
