Hi ladies! So I am in a relationship with a Us Navy. We’ve been together for not that long, 5months to be exact. We met online when he was deployed and met in person when he got back from that deployment and decided to visit UT (not only because of me but also his brother’s family is also here). Sometimes I do visit him to NC (that’s where he is currently based) especially when he asked me to. The latest we saw each other was a week ago, he’s currently in UT for a two week leave (he’s going back to NC soon tho, this Friday). Unfortunately, in that two weeks leave I only got to see him once. He said he is too busy with an ongoing project he and his brother is into (some sort of house renovation thing) and most of the time works until late night just to have it done before he leaves. I was honestly frustrated about it. And recently, I couldn’t bear it any longer that I keep on asking time from him, so I asked him what am I to him. He told me I’m his girlfriend and he has his priorities right now. He told me that I’m not his top priority and as much as he wanted me to, he just can’t. I was hurt, honestly. And now I’m confused whether to stay or what. I need a peace of mind right now. I need someone to talk to about it. I asked him to see me before he leaves town and all he said was ‘I will try’. 😔
