I didn’t feel like having sex and long time boyfriend/babydaddy was “so horny” but I wasn’t in the mood I didn’t want to and he had sex with me anyways. Is this rape? I said no and just laid there as he continued on for his selfish pleasure. He says I’m his baby’s mom so he should be able to get it when he wants to. I just didn’t expect that.

This is 100% rape. 
Any time you say no and don’t want it it is forceful and called rape.
I hope you are ok. I know reporting him is frightening. And if I’m honest I’ve been through the same and because I didn’t report him he’d come round and do it again and again. When I did report him. He got away with it. 
It’s a disgusting system that does not protect women well at all. 
But yes you were raped sweetheart and I am so angry and hurt for you. 
It’s disheartening knowing rape is a difficult crime to prove and punish. During my physical exam after reporting I actually had signs of force. Cutting and tearing and bruising and swelling all down there. He still got away with it. 
Don’t let him round you when you’re alone. Supervised access to his child. And tell people. Tell his damn mother. Tell your mother. Your friends. Report him with support around you. Don’t stay silent. Even if he doesn’t get convicted for it, we need to speak up. We can’t stay silent. Let people know what these dirty excuses for men really are.

That’s rape, I’m not to sure if it’s the same in your country but in my country unfortunately it is very hard for someone to get found guilty for rape when it comes to someone your in a relationship with. I went through a very similar situation and ended up pressing charges but when it came to the court case because he plead not guilty they found him not guilty because there was no hard evidence of it being unwanted. I hope in your country things are done differently and if you chose to press charges and gets everything that he deserves

Yeaa its rape doesn't matter if ur his baby mom or not it's not like ur his wife and even then he would still hve to have your consent this never makes since to me especially since sex is so much better when your ur spose is in the mood as well
