I know no one can properly diagnose me except a doctor, but I would like some opinions. So I have been on the pill since February. Before starting the pill I had intense cramps to where I couldn't get up or move on a certain side. I would have diarrhea frequency during my period. I had a very abnormal period that had very far apart cycles. Now that I have been on the pill a few months, I have bleeding during ovulation that causes bad cramps, clots, bloating and diarrhea. If I do too much standing, when I sit down I get awful lower back pain. I have been for an ultrasound for any cysts or things like that but the doctor said it was normal. Could these symptoms be caused by endometriosis and the pill I am on isn't working properly? Should I change pill types or strengths?
