Hi y’all I was wondering if anyone else has spotted 5 days before expected AF and on the day of AF? Is that normal?

This was 5 days before AF

This is day of expected AF. Usually my period is super heavy from the get go and I NEVER spot. So why is my AF all wonky this month? I haven’t been stressed, I’ve been eating pretty good. Getting a lot of sleep. (I’ve been so tired).

I took a test but it was negative 👎🏻 idk what’s going on, any ideas?

I have a regular 28 day cycle.
