Spotting dark/brownish blood

Hi everyone, my name is Kimberly. This is my third pregnancy, hoping I can take this baby home. My first pregnancy was 3 years ago and led to a miscarriage. My second muscat he was a bit odd (3 months ago) i was 13 weeks and suddenly all of my symptoms were gone & I started spitting dark/brownish blood , after intercorse and randomly , when my appointment came , I went to the special ultrasound tach and the doctor could not find a heart beat . As devastated I was they gave me two options , either surgically or they would give me pulls to insert vaginally at the comfort of my home, I chose the pills just because I felt it was less like an abortion and more naturally. This is my third pregnancy after 3 months of my previous miscarriage , I hope this can help anyone who has questions about this topic. Also hope I can bring this baby home in June :)
