I have previously taken a plan b back in June. 2 days after having unprotected sex i felt bloated and had back pain

Idk if this is still from the plan b in my system. My period is due in 2 days but my boyfriend told me to take a test yesterday and it came back negative. I still feel like it was abit early but im scared to tell him cos he always gets annoyed at me whenever i tell him my worries of being pregnant.
