My wife and I inseminated at home with frozen sperm around 11pm on the 8/3 and then again same time on 8/4. I got my first peak opk when I woke up 8/4 around 8am. Here’s my BBT. Did I ovulate?! This is my first cycle tracking.
***Dont mind CD14 temp.. I had drank alcohol the night before probably causing my temp to be higher than normal.
