Do you girls use a thermometer to help track your basal temp rise through ovulation, just wondering if I should get one and if it has helped any of you girls be more aware of your bodies, please let me know thanks🌼
Do you take your temp in morning or evenings?
Also when you realize your temp is higher than normal what does this exactly mean for women who are wanting to conceiving?
