Should I worry?

I had my 20 week anatomy scan and my doctor told me my babies head is small and isn’t quite measuring what he’s supposed to be measuring me and my baby’s weigh was 12 ounces and that he’s supposed to weigh a pound I’ll be 22 weeks pregnant this upcoming Monday should I be worried?

I just went today for mine, I’ll be 21 weeks Saturday. My baby is 14oz and her belly measured a week ahead. I asked my doctor and she said it’s completely normal for baby to measure off two weeks! She said she’s had plenty of babies measure with tiny heads and everything corrects itself by birth! She transferred from being a high risk labor doctor and said the only time it’s a problem is when babies head is measuring large close to birth, they won’t do a natural birth.

20+5had to have a scan with fetal medical dr on Wednesday hes grown but still small head and femur so another scan in 2 weeks he weighed 14oz at 21+5  dont google o did for a full week worst week of my life

My baby weighed 13oz at 20 weeks and 5 days. The doctor also told me about a pound is Normal, but wasn’t concerned and the app actually just says over a pound now and I just turned 23 weeks. As for the head, sometimes that is just something they monitor to make sure it doesn’t stay significantly smaller or something, but I have heard a lot of people say their baby has a smaller head and turned out fine!

Should I worry?
