38 weeks need my uterus to loosing up . Trying to see what I can do to help.
The baby head is already dropped , and he told me he’s ready to come out. That I just need to get my uterus to loosing up. I’m trying to do this before my next appointment next Tuesday. Anything I can do to help my uterus loosing up??????????
