I’m really curious to hear outcomes of everyone that has had a low lying placenta in a previous pregnancy.

At my 20w scan, they said my placenta is 1.9cm from my cervix. I went back at 29w last week and they said it hadn’t moved at all and it’s now 1.6-1.8cm from my cervix. I have my regular appt next week and he’s going to over the results with me. He did say previously that his “cut off” is 2.5cm.

Has anyone had this happen, and did the placenta move by the time you delivered?

I have no particular feelings for either a vaginal delivery or c-section (I did have a med free labor with my first) but I’d rather not hemorrhage in labor and I just want us to be safe.
