Treating genital warts?

I need advice guys please. I went to the doctor one month ago and she gave me Aldara cream for the warts. I have them in anal area and a few on my vaginal opening. I used it as prescribed but instead of them going away they are getting worse and more. I am so sad....i don’t know what to do

I might be a bit late so you might already have an answer, but is it irritating the existing warts, or are you getting new warts? Or both? 
If it is irritating existing warts, that’s what you want! That means your immune system is fighting the virus to clear it. 
If you’re getting new warts, that’s not cause by the cream. You should just keep applying them as they come in and hopefully they’ll clear up. I don’t think you can use the cream for more than 16 weeks though so you can always go in to the doctors to get them frozen.
