weight loss tips??

I'm trying to lose weight, but the problem is I'm very lazy and very rarely motivated to diet/exercise. it's hard for me to diet and choose my own meals to begin with as I'm on 16 and my mam decides on the meals and I just eat what's given.

I was thinking of maybe trying glucomannan, but I'm unsure if it'll will affect the contraceptive pill I'm taking.

does anyone know if it will and does anyone have any tips to lose weight for someone like me?
