Weird Discharge After Sex
Ugh. So I'm cringing while typing this but I'm kinda nervous bc this happens every time.
I have a very sparse sex life. I've had sex three times since March and each time, for several days after, I have off-white discharge, kinda dry down there, and itchy. I'm kind of concerned, but don't want to freak myself out.
Is it normal? Do I need to drink more water? Is it a hygiene thing?
