High probability harmony test ?

I just got my harmony results back and I haven’t talked to my doctor yet.
I’m pretty sure the high probability result is the t13. Can someone explain to me what that is ? And how sure these tests are ? If it’s high probability does that mean he has it ?

High risk means that... The baby is at risk of having a chromosome abnormality. The only way they can really tell for sure is an amniocentesis. Your doctor may refer you to Maternal Fetal Medicine now for further testing (if you want to find out more information) and to talk to a genetic counselor. I didn’t have a high risk test, but an inconclusive, so I was referred to MFM and met with a genetic counselor who explained each chromosome abnormality that is tested for and what tests could be done for more information. After this I had an ultrasound where they looked for markers of abnormalities, and luckily my baby didn’t present any, but they said even that isn’t 100% and is just an educated guess that baby is fine. My husband and I felt confident enough that we didn’t do further testing, but know anyone can have it at any time if they want. Some people get high risk test results and have a baby that is perfectly healthy, so this does not mean your baby has this. It is just saying that the baby has a higher risk of having this abnormality.
