Baby grinding teeth

My son is 8 months old, has his two front, top & bottom teeth. He keeps grinding them together making that squeaking noise that honestly triggers me 😭😂 but that's not the point, I just know it can't be good for his little teeth. Is there something I can do to prevent him from doing it or is it normal?
