Meditation during c section
I had a scheduled c section with my first (bicornuate uterus with frank breech positioning from 26 weeks that made it not possible for vaginal delivery). It went horribly. I had terrible panic attacks, I vomited, cried, itched my face from the drugs in the spinal, thought I wasn't breathing because of the numbness, and was extremely claustrophobic. The c section itself was flawless. 90% of my symptoms were self inflicted due to my anxiety. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how I can meditate and/or mentally stabilize myself for this repeat c section I'm facing in 2 months? I can't let myself get in that head space again.
