Baby not turned

I went for a sonogram today and was showed my baby is still upright. I have 5 weeks left and they are concerned about her still being in the upright position along with my hips (I’ve always had hip problems and after giving birth once before they are definitely stressed). Any tips on getting her to move around and flip?
