So my work always goes through issues covering my position while I’m on preg leave. I’m what I like a middle manager. I have a director and I oversee/manage two people. Small clinical team. Anyways. I’m sure my coworker who’s taking on the bulk of my duties is overwhelmed right now as they are down the temp hire for my last month of leave. I don’t want her to quit cause she’s really great and want to do something nice for my two coworkers when I come back. I need ideas...should I treat them to lunch? They are hourly so it’s kinda hard unless I let them fudge the time clock. Or get them a gift? I’m so bad at being creative and thoughtful.
